Man Utd sign England youth international Karim Cassim from rivals City

Although Manchester United may end up losing young talent JJ Gabriel shortly, they have secured the signing of Karim Cassim from their local rivals.

The England U17 international was a part of the Manchester City U18 team that lifted the FA Youth Cup last season, although Cassim was an unused substitute in the 2-1 final win over United.

After getting clearance from the Premier League for the signing, Cassim is now officially a United player.

The Red Devils haven't finished in their youth recruitment just yet with another player from City, David Eze, also expected to sign for the club as well as winger Isaac Konde from Liverpool according to journalist Laurie Whitwell of The Athletic.
