During a top of the table clash between Chindia TĂąrgoviÈte and ArgeÈ in Romaniaâs second division, manager Emil Sandoi decided to take matters into his own hands.

With an opposition player steaming down the right, Sandoi stuck out a leg (even though it looked like the ball was out of play) and brought him down.
He was subsequently sent to the stands after apologising but weâve got a lot of time for tactical fouls.
