Manchester United refuse to sell Marcus Rashford in England
Marcus Rashford will not be returning to play for Manchester United and will not be transferred to another Premier League club, according to the Manchester Evening News.

Currently on loan at FC Barcelona, the English forward is making a strong impression, having scored six goals and provided nine assists in sixteen matches. The Spanish club has the option to make his move permanent, and the board is already working to trigger the buyout clause.
Even if Barcelona decide not to keep him, Rashford will not return to Manchester. The Red Devils have also made it clear that he will not be sold to another English club. As a result, Rashford's only option remains a permanent move abroad, with Barça looking like the most likely destination.
