Marco Di Cesare ‘offered’ to Santos as Vojvoda assesses centre-back | OneFootball

According to Canal do Vagner Frederico, Racing centre-back Marco Di Cesare has been offered to Santos, and Juan Pablo Vojvoda's staff have been assessing him in recent days.

Santos' hierarchy will use that analysis to decide whether to move forward in talks with the Argentine club.

The 24-year-old started three of Racing's four matches in this year's Torneo Apertura.

A centre-back signing is on Santos' agenda amid the imminent departure of Alexis Duarte.

Alongside starters Luan Peres and Adonis Frías, the club have Zé Ivaldo and João Basso available, and are promoting João Ananias and João Alencar from the under-20s.

They have announced three signings in 2026, forwards Gabriel Barbosa and Rony, and midfielder Gabriel Menino.

Forward Moisés awaits only the arrival of exams from Fortaleza to be confirmed as the fourth addition for Vojvoda.
