Joachim Andersen will return to the Fulham squad against West Ham, while Harry Wilson faces a late fitness check after an ankle problem ahead of Wednesday night. Hounslow Herald reports that Marco Silva said Andersen had been ill rather than injured and is ready to play, and that Wilson will be assessed before the squad and starting XI are finalised.
Wilson inspired the 2-1 win over Tottenham on Sunday, scoring his ninth league goal and supplying a sixth league assist. He hurt his ankle in the first half, played on, then hobbled off in the 72nd minute. Since December he has 12 goal involvements, with only Erling Haaland and Bruno Fernandes recording more.
Andersen missed that match after starting the previous 17 league games. Issa Diop deputised and was named man of the match.
Record signing Kevin had surgery on Monday on the Brazilian’s fifth metatarsal sustained in the 3-1 win at Sunderland, and everything went well.
He is expected to be out for some time, though the club hope he is not sidelined for the rest of the campaign. Sasa Lukic is back in training after six league games out and could feature.
