Marseille have named Alban Juster interim president of the executive board, the club said in a statement, as they prepare for the likely upcoming departure of Pablo Longoria.

The move was approved by the Supervisory Board and forms part of a temporary structure while the search for a permanent President of the Directoire begins.

The Executive Board now consists of Juster, former Inter Milan CEO Alessandro Antonello, and Benjamin Arnaud, with Arnaud newly appointed to the board.

Juster has spent eight years at the club, most recently as Director General of Finance and Compliance. Arnaud has been with Marseille for seven years and will continue as Secretary General alongside his new role.

The interim set-up is intended to ensure administrative, financial and operational continuity, while the club continues to pursue its sporting and economic objectives.
