According to L'Équipe, Marseille's new kit launch stumbled when a model in official photos bore a 'Paris' tattoo on his left arm.

The club unveiled its midnight blue away shirt with sky-blue shades on Monday. The images appeared on the official websites of Marseille and Puma, with the word visible on the triceps of the left arm.

Supporters quickly highlighted the oversight on social media.

Following the complaints, the kit supplier edited the photos, carefully removing the inscription.

On Marseille's website, the original photographs remain available without retouching.
