Carly Williams' side have scored nine goals in their opening two games and will be full of confidence following a big away win.
They opened their account at Honeycroft with a 4-1 win over Eastbourne Borough and are playing some scintillating football, so get down to the new home of Brentford Women to show your support.
The Bees put five past Worthing Women, the side relegated into the division from Tier 4 at the end of last season, without response last weekend.
Millie Constantine put in a sparkling display in her debut for the club, opening the scoring with a curling effort and completing her brace in the second half.
Ashley Cheatley also scored twice, continuing her strong start to the campaign, whilst Katie Gilligan rounded off the emphatic win with a sensational solo effort.
The two sides met twice last year in the league, with Brentford coming out on top on both occasions. The first was Williams' inaugural game in charge of the west Londoners, Asees Sangha scoring the only goal with a late winner on her debut in red and white.
Managed by Andy Cook, they narrowly avoided the drop from the LSE Premier last season, finishing 10th, one place and six points above the relegation zone.
Aylesford have had a mixed start to their season, winning one and losing the other of their two games. They opened with a 3-0 away win against Newhaven, but fell to a 2-1 defeat to Sutton United last weekend.
Leigha Bradding-Butler has scored twice already for the Sussex-based side, with Rebecca Keyte and Kara Richardson also notching once each.
