Memphis agrees two-year Corinthians extension as BID filed, club reported to STJD | OneFootball

Memphis Depay will remain at Corinthians after a new two-year agreement was reached. The club confirmed it had reversed its decision and reopened talks, resulting in an extension.

The deal has been published on the CBF’s Boletim Informativo Diário, BID, which clears the Dutch forward to play.

Corinthians have been reported to the STJD, the Superior Tribunal de Justiça Desportiva, over three incidents from the 2-1 defeat to Cruzeiro at Neo Química Arena.

In the academy, the under-17s face Fluminense on Friday, aiming to reduce the gap to the leaders and avoid their longest winless run in almost a year.

On Thursday against Rosario Central, André Carrillo could start for a second successive match, which would be a first under Fernando Diniz.

The women’s side continued preparations for Saturday’s final round of the Brasileirão Feminino. Kick-off is at 18:00 at Fazendinha against Internacional.
