Michel Platini to appear on Canal Football Club on Sunday 30 August

Michel Platini will appear on Canal Football Club on Sunday 30 August, coinciding with the broadcast of the final three episodes of his documentary series.

Canal+ said in a post on X on Friday that he will join the programme from 19:30.

The former France playmaker will comment on current matters and look back on Platini. The opening instalments aired the previous week.

The series dwells mainly on his playing days, including winning Euro 1984 with France and lifting three Ballons d'Or in 1983, 1984 and 1985. It touches only briefly on his time in football administration.
