The American star had missed Milan’s latest Serie A game against Bologna due to bursitis.

The 27-year-old is Milan’s best scorer this season with 10 goals in 20 appearances, but hasn’t yet found the net in 2026, receiving limited playing time due to fitness issues.

His return to training today, however, suggests he should be eligible on Friday, when Milan meet strugglers Pisa in an away Serie A match.

On the other hand, Alexis Saelemaekers continued to train separately today due to an adductor problem that already forced him out of action against Bologna.

It remains to be seen whether the Belgian will be available in two days, but his return to the squad seems unlikely as the Rossoneri doctors want to take a cautious approach and give Saelemaekers the time he needs to fully recover.
