Former Serie A champions Milan are in talks to sign Verona full-back Filippo Terracciano.
The Rossoneri are looking for more depth in the backline in January, with multiple players out injured for weeks now. It seems as if Verona’s Terracciano is a new target.
MilanNews have confirmed via SportItalia that the youngster is a target for January and talks between the two clubs are now ongoing. Fiorentina were interested in the versatile 20-year-old but Milan are now ahead in the race and progress is being made on this front, as talks are in progress.
Terracciano can play at wing-back or in midfield and he could be a handy option for the Rossoneri, who have been unlucky with injuries and Ismael Bennacer will be heading to AFCON, as Rade Krunic continues to be linked with a move away from the club. Davide Calabria’s poor form and Alessandro Florenzi’s limited usage on the right means that Terracciano could add vital depth in the side.
