Villarreal visit Getafe at the Coliseum on Saturday at 16.15, with Alberto Moleiro and Sergi Cardona missing training due to a significant fever, making their involvement very difficult with only one day remaining.

El Periódico Mediterráneo reports that Marcelino flagged the issue in his press conference, then a 15 minute open session this morning confirmed both absences.

Beyond confirmed absentee Gerard Moreno, the pair were the notable misses. Both started against Espanyol, and Moleiro is enjoying an outstanding season, having scored again on Monday.

With Alfon also injured, Marcelino may have to improvise on the left, considering Buchanan and even Hugo López, who trained with the group.

Thomas Partey did train, but Marcelino has ruled him out for the Getafe game. The rest of the squad were available during a rainy morning at the Ciudad Deportiva José Manuel Llaneza. In addition, Logan Costa, Juan Foyth and Willy Kambwala are not involved, although Kambwala trained with his team-mates.
