AS Monaco have no fresh injury concerns heading into tonight’s UEFA Champions League encounter against Crvena zvezda, however, none of their injured players have returned.
Folarin Balogun suffered a dislocated shoulder against Stade Rennais just before the international break. His recovery time is estimated at around two months. Mohammed Salisu missed Friday’s draw against Lille OSC with a muscular injury and he has not recovered either. The Ghana international has not been included in the matchday squad. Edan Diop and Mamadou Coulibaly, more long-term absentees, remain sidelined.
Adi Hütter has implemented a rotation strategy this season. Against Lille, players such as Vanderson, Maghnes Akliouche and Breel Embolo missed out. All are expected to return for Monaco against Crvena zvezda at the Stade Louis II on Tuesday evening.
