Monaco predicted XI v Galatasaray: Folarin Balogun to return, Ansu Fati out

Folarin Balogun, having missed the weekend defeat to Stade Brestois through injury, is expected to return to lead the line for AS Monaco in the UEFA Champions League against Galatasaray.

Balogun missed the game over the weekend due to a minor hamstring injury suffered during the win over Paris Saint-Germain. Sébastien Pocognoli said that the USMNT forward remains a minor doubt for the game, but he could start, with Mika Biereth dropping to the bench.

Ansu Fati remains sidelined with a muscular injury of his own, whilst Eric Dier and Christian Mawissa are still not fit to return for Monaco.

Paul Pogba is not expected to start in midfield for the Principality club. Instead, Pocognoli is expected to opt for the usual Denis Zakaria-Lamine Camara partnership.
