Monaco are negotiating with Lazio for Dutch winger Tijjani Noslin as they seek attacking cover after Takumi Minamino’s season-ending injury. Constrained by UEFA’s updated financial fair play rules, the Principality club can only propose a loan with an option to buy for the 26-year-old.
According to L'Équipe, the clubs have been in regular contact, and talks currently hinge on the make-up of the option clause.
Noslin is thought to be open to the switch to Ligue 1 to secure more minutes, having played only 431 across 16 matches in all competitions, with two goals and one assist.
He made his name at Fortuna Sittard before moving to Hellas Verona in January 2024, then followed coach Marco Baroni to the Italian capital six months later.
Baroni was replaced last summer by Maurizio Sarri, who has given the Dutchman only three starts. Noslin is under contract until June 2029.
