AS Monaco travel to Le Havre on Sunday at 17:15 for their Ligue 1 opener, still short-handed, with coach Filipe Luis again without new signing Matthis Abline.

According to Nice-Matin, Abline, who arrived from Nantes this summer, sustained a foot injury in the final friendly against Coventry and also missed Thursday’s Conference League play-off in Poland.

Jordan Teze, hampered by a hamstring problem and not at full fitness, is left out of the squad. Christian Mawissa also misses the weekend fixture as he serves a suspension for an accumulation of yellow cards from the end of last season.
