According to L'Équipe, the LFP disciplinary commission has handed Nancy a two-match stadium closure in Ligue 2 after pyrotechnics led to two stoppages. The games will be played behind closed doors at Stade Marcel-Picot.

The incident occurred on 20 February in the 0-0 draw with Grenoble, when smoke was remotely triggered beneath seats in the away section, causing the interruptions and widespread anger.

Given the seriousness, the case was placed under instruction before the verdict was delivered on Wednesday.

Lorient have been given a partial stadium closure for one match following pyrotechnics, verbal expressions noted and banners displayed during the 2-2 draw with Auxerre at Le Moustoir on 1 March. The South Stand will be partly shut on 5 April against Paris FC, with the sanction effective from 17 March.

In Ligue 2, Saint-Étienne also face restrictions. For pyrotechnics, laser use and verbal expressions, the Snella Stand at Stade Geoffroy-Guichard will be closed for the 21 March match against Annecy. The same stand will then be partially shut by revocation of a suspended sanction for the home game with Dunkerque on 11 April.
