Mostafa Mohamed was dropped at the weekend, and with FC Nantes going on to beat Paris FC, and with Matthis Abline netting his first of the season, the Egyptian is not set to return to the line-up when they face AS Monaco.
Luís Castro remains without Francis Coquelin and Johann Lepenant in the midfield, which limits Nantes’ options, but Louis Leroux is nonetheless expected to continue at left-back, instead of in his favoured midfield role for his formative club.
There will also be no place in the starting XI for Yassine Benhattab, who has seemingly been surpassed in the hierarchy by Herba Guirassy. Youssef El-Arabi, who also scored in Les Canaris’ 2-1 win over Les Parisiens, will play down the middle once again.
Anthony Lopes; Louis Leroux, Tylel Tati, Chidozie Awaziem, Kelvin Amian; Dehmaine Tabidou, Kwon Hyeok-kyu, Junior Mwanga; Matthis Abline, Youssef El-Arabi, Herba Guirassy. (L’Éq)
