FC Nantes are without some key players as they head to the Côte d’Azur to face OGC Nice on Friday night. Antoine Kombouaré will notably have to do without Pedro Chirivella and Francis Coquelin.

Nantes’ captain Chirivella has been contending with a hip issue and has therefore not managed to train this week. He is out, whilst Francis Coquelin is absent with a hamstring injury, leaving Kombouaré short of options at the heart of his midfield. Jean-Charles Castelletto, meanwhile, misses out through suspension.

Fabien Centonze and Nathan Zézé are nearing their returns but are not yet ready but Marcus Coco and Tino Kadewere are in the matchday squad for Les Canaris. The latter has not featured since the start of November due to a quadriceps injury.
