Foot Mercato report this afternoon that former Nice midfielder Adrien Tameze is the subject of interest from across Europe after a successful season with Serie A side Hellas Verona.
The former French youth international managed four goals and two assists this campaign for the Veneto club, who finished in 9th place this year after starting out poorly under Eusebio Di Francesco, but undergoing a revival with Igor Tudor at the helm.
Tameze, who was named player of the season for Hellas, recovered from an initially poor start to his time in Italy after a mitigated loan spell at Atalanta, and is under contract until 2024.
Within the peninsula, the likes of newly-promoted Monza as well as Napoli, Fiorentina and Lazio are all interested in him. The ex-Valenciennes man is also being looked at by Villarreal and Valencia in La Liga, and Beşiktaş in Turkey.
The Italian club’s asking price for their midfielder is said to be at least €10m, with the club having recruited him from Nice for a fee of €3.9m two years ago.
