Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis has welcomed defender Leo Østigard to the club in a post on his social media account.
The Partenopei need cover at centre-back following the departure of Kalidou Koulibaly to Chelsea.

Østigard joined Brighton in 2018 but has since been out on a series of loans at St Pauli, Coventry, Stoke and Genoa.
The 22-year-old has represented Norway at all youth levels and has five caps for the senior side.
