Neal Maupay to Paris FC a possibility after reported club agreement

According to L'Équipe, Marseille and Paris FC are said to have reached an agreement over a potential transfer for Neal Maupay, but any move depends on the forward's approval.

A switch from Marseille to the capital is viewed as a genuine option. The 29-year-old has fallen out of favour at OM, featuring for only 90 minutes across three matches, two of them in the Coupe de France.

Paris FC have made Maupay a priority in recent days, even if there is not complete internal unanimity over his profile.

The key question is the player's stance. He is contracted until June 2029, and Marseille had already reached agreements this winter with Pisa and Cremonese, which he declined.

He also turned down possibilities from Spain, Türkiye and Belgium last summer.
