FIFA confirmed the 2027 Women’s World Cup schedule on Thursday morning, with Brazil hosting from 24 June to 25 July. Neo Química Arena will stage 10 matches, including at least one Brazil group game, a semi-final and the third-place play-off.

The Itaquera venue in São Paulo will host six group fixtures on 25, 27 and 29 June, plus one, four and eight July. Brazil’s second match is set for 29 June, opponents to be confirmed.

Knockout ties there are scheduled for 11 July, round of 16, and 17 July, the quarter-finals. The semi-final is on 20 July, and if Brazil top Group A they would return to Casa do Povo. The third-place match is on 24 July.

Ticket sale dates and prices have not yet been announced. Brazil are qualified as hosts and will be seeded in Group A. The tournament features 32 teams, with the group-stage draw slated for December 2026.

14 berths remain, with seven to come via Europe’s qualifiers and four via Concacaf. The final three will be decided in an intercontinental play-off that includes a preliminary phase from 24 November to 5 December and a final phase from 23 February to 6 March.

This will be Brazil’s 10th Women’s World Cup. After a 2023 group exit, Arthur Elias replaced Pia Sundhage, and results since include Olympic silver in 2024 after a 1-0 loss to the United States, the 2025 Copa América on penalties and April’s FIFA Series, plus a 2-1 win over the United States on 6 June 2026.
