Chelsea won 4-0 at Hull City in the FA Cup fourth round on Friday evening.
Estevao spurned a chance to give Chelsea the lead in the third minute, rounding the goalkeeper, but he blazed his shot over with the goal at his mercy.
Chelsea squandered another opportunity when Liam Delap pounced on goalkeeper Dillon Phillips’ mistake, but fluffed his lines with the open net in front of him.
Robert Sanchez in the Chelsea goal made his first save in the 23rd minute, parrying Ryan Giles free-kick away from danger.
Pedro Neto gave the visitors the lead in the 40th minute, smashing a shot into the bottom corner.
Chelsea started the second half strongly and came close to doubling their lead in the 50th minute, but Phillips was equal to the task.
Moments later, the Hull goalkeeper was beaten for the second time as Neto scored from a direct corner.
Chelsea made it 3-0 just before the hour mark with Delap driving past his markers to set up Estevao, who applied the finish.
The Brazilian has now scored seven goals across all competitions — the most by a teenager for Chelsea in a season in the Premier League era.
Delap was involved again in setting up Chelsea’s fourth, laying the ball off for Neto to put the ball home to register his first senior hat-trick.
Giles almost pulled one back for Hull, but Sanchez kept his effort out to preserve the clean sheet.
