The 17-year-old attacking player is regarded as one of the most exciting talents of his age in Croatia, with Bayern sending scouts to NK Kustosija matches several times during the current second half of the season to watch the young playmaker live

Munich are not alone in their interest, however, with FC Barcelona and Newcastle United also reportedly keeping a close eye on Belinho

Dortmund have already held talks

The name of the attacking talent has been circulating among top European clubs for months, with initial reports in the winter claiming that Borussia Dortmund had held concrete talks with the player

However, Belinho initially opted for a move within Croatia at the beginning of February. At the request of his advisor, he left the youth ranks of Dinamo Zagreb and joined NK Kustosija, where the left-footed player is now set to take the next step in his development

Those responsible obviously see enormous potential in the technically strong creative player. Belinho impresses above all with his close ball control, his game intelligence and his flexibility in attacking midfield

Decision between Brazil and Croatia

The youngster will also soon have to make an important decision at international level. Although Belinho was born in Rio de Janeiro, he has been living in Croatia for years. The 17-year-old would therefore be eligible to play for both Brazil and Croatia
