According to Globo.com, a club-released behind-the-scenes video shows Neymar and Gabriel Barbosa urging confidence, commitment and a home win in the build-up to Santos’s meeting with Atlético-MG in the 11th round of the Brasileiro.

Before kick-off at Vila Belmiro, Neymar addressed team-mates during the warm-up, noting the atmosphere and the need to respond on the pitch. He insisted there were no excuses and said any poor display would be down to the players.

Midfielder Willian Arão called for aggressive pressing and tight marking on Atlético-MG. Gabigol asked for greater confidence and movement, stressing set-piece sharpness, near and far-post runs and a willingness to compete.

He told colleagues to keep the ball moving, combine in one-twos, show personality and attack defenders in one-on-ones. He underlined that playing at home should lift the side.

Neymar then returned to the huddle to stress the need for three points against Galo and urged extra effort from everyone. He said the coach had laid out the plan, that players must do even more, run for each other, offer options and avoid dropping points at Vila Belmiro again.
