Lille beat Nantes 1-0 on Sunday at Stade Pierre-Mauroy as Nathan Ngoy struck in second half stoppage time to lift them from sixth to fifth.
In the eighth minute, Igniatius Kpene Ganago's drive from range was saved low by Berke Ozer.
Benjamin Andre headed over from a corner (15.). Moments later, Anthony Lopes tipped away his next header (19.) as Lille pushed.
After Thomas Meunier replaced Tiago Santos (63.), Lille built pressure down the right. Six minutes of added time were signalled, and Meunier's delivery from a corner teed up Ngoy to finish in the fourth minute of second half stoppage time.
Lille dominated the ball with 72.3% possession and produced nine attempts, three on target. Les Canaris managed three attempts, one on target.
Next, Lille host Lorient. Les Canaris host Angers.
