New Reims head coach Nicolas Usaï has quickly set a fresh tone, with his side still unbeaten in Ligue 2 before their trip to Nancy on Friday at 20:00.

According to L'Équipe, the club want to pair results with the elevation of young players, a balance Usaï has moved to embrace.

The Karel Geraerts spell ended in spring with a sporting setback, Reims finishing sixth and missing the play-offs, despite not dropping out of the top five from late November.

Since Usaï’s arrival, a new dynamic has taken hold at the Raymond-Kopa centre in Bétheny, following a campaign described internally as very difficult.
