The 21-year-old spent last year at Carrow Road, and Man City are reportedly ready to cash in on him this summer.

Norwich City are preparing to embark on their first season with Liam Manning as manager.
The Canaries enjoy a home clash against Millwall on August 9 to kick off their 2025/26 Championship campaign and will hope new signings such as Mathias Kvistgaarden and Pape Diallo can impress from the off.
One player Norwich will be without this year is Callum Doyle, as things stand, who spent last season on loan with the Norfolk outfit.
The 21-year-old impressed throughout but has returned to his parent club, Manchester City, who would be willing to part with the young defender for £10 million, as per The Athletic.
Football League World’s Norwich City fan pundit, Zeke Downes, believes that the Canaries won’t be able to financially justify a move for Doyle this summer.
“I think if we were plotting that move then we would probably have already gone for it,” stated Zeke.
“It's a lot of money. We've just bought Jakov Medic and Harry Darling as well.
“We’ve got Jeffrey Schlupp at left-back too. There's no way that this transfer will end up happening. It’s a lot of money for a defender in the Championship.
“It's likely that he will go to a promoted team. We're well stocked now in defence, centre-back and left-back. As much as I would like him back, the club have decided to go with other people.
“We can get a lot more for a lot less than what Doyle would cost. I think it's likely that he will go to a promoted team or a lower-end Premier League team.
“It's a bit of a shame because I think if he'd have come on loan this season instead of last one, I think it could have been a different story.”
Doyle impressed during his temporary stay at Carrow Road last term and may have been brought back if his asking price wasn’t so high.
However, Manchester City are well aware of the talent the England youth international possesses, and will want to make sure they are getting a respectable fee for his services.
After adding Medic, Darling and Schlupp to his backline, Manning doesn’t have any reason to outlay £10 million on Doyle.
Instead, all focus will still be on Josh Sargent’s situation, with it still unknown whether the 25-year-old will be a Norwich City player next season.
Although it would’ve been received well by the Canaries’ faithful, signing Doyle just isn’t a realistic or sensible move.
