Daniel Farke has selected his Leeds United lineup vs Nottingham Forest for the Whites’ opening game in the new Premier League campaign  – match preview here.

Farke, delivering his team news, admitted he is without left-back Gabriel Gudmundsson, while winger Willy Gnonto is also unavailable for this afternoon’s game.

Unlike Leeds, Nottingham Forest now have a new manager at the helm in the shape of serial winner Oliver Glasner and he will want a quick start to the campaign.

Farke has James Trafford in goal in his Leeds United lineup vs Nottingham Forest this afternoon, while his three centre-backs are Joe Rodon, Jaka Bijol and Tarik Muharemovic.

The wing-backs in the system are Jayden Bogle and James Justin.

Farke will want to see Leeds win the engine room battle and he has Ethan Ampadu and Anton Stach, while Harry Wilson and Brenden Aaronson support Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
