Portsmouth are preparing an offer to bring Abu Kamara back to Fratton Park

Portsmouth are reportedly preparing to lodge a bid for Norwich City's Abu Kamara.

According to a recent reveal from Football Insider's Pete O'Rourke, Pompey are seeking a sensational return for Kamara after the winger enjoyed an impressive campaign on loan in their 2023/24 promotion-winning campaign, scoring eight times and assisting a further 10.

It is said that Norwich do not want to lose him but could accept a significant offer.

O'Rourke previously reported that the 20-year-old was on the radar of Belgian giants Anderlecht following his successful season at Fratton Park but Portsmouth are now making fresh advances in a bid to resign Kamara on a permanent basis.

The financial details of Portsmouth's pursuit remain undisclosed, but it's believed that they're readying a bid this week.
