Nottingham Forest have cut ticket prices again for Thursday’s Europa League last 16 first leg against FC Midtjylland at the City Ground, 8pm kick-off. The club said in a statement that it had listened to supporter concerns and reduced costs further for members.
Adult prices for season card holders and MyForest Members are now £15 to £30. Seniors are £12 to £25, youth tickets are £10 to £20 and children are £5 to £15. Those who paid a higher amount will be refunded the difference within 28 working days.
On Tuesday prices were cut by £10 from an original range of £50 to £70. Some fans argued the revision was still not sufficient and many seats were still available by Wednesday morning.
The club said it is committed to affordability and to keeping matches accessible for all ages. It also wants a full stadium under the lights, and noted head coach Vítor Pereira has previously said supporters can be decisive.
Forest face Midtjylland again after a 3-2 defeat at the City Ground in the league phase earlier this season, when Ange Postecoglou was in charge. Pereira’s side will aim to take a positive result to Denmark for next week’s second leg.
