FC Barcelona will be kicking off their game against Sevilla soon. Taking place at the Spotify Camp Nou, this is a game in which La Blaugrana will want to showcase their quality while keeping in mind the importance of the victory.
With three points at stake, but a crucial game against Newcastle United coming up ahead as well, Hansi Flick needed to make changes. Ultimately, the German tactician has gone ahead with a slightly rotated starting team.
Here is the official starting eleven for Barcelona.
In goal, Joan Garcia starts for the Catalan giants and he will be eager to ensure that the opposition does not find the back of the net. He has succeeded in keeping clean sheets recently, so he will be confident heading into this game as well.
As for his defenders, Pau Cubarsi and Gerard Martin start as the two centre-backs. Both of them have had a reliable partnership this season, and they will be looking to continue their good run of form.
On the flanks, Joao Cancelo and Xavi Espart start together for La Blaugrana. Cancelo will start as the team’s left-back while Espart will be starting on the right flank.

In the midfield, Pedri and Marc Bernal start together as the team’s double pivot. Both players will look to control the tempo of the game while simultaneously ensuring that they can create chances for their forwards.
Ahead of them, Roony Bardghji starts on the right while Raphinha occupies the left wing of the team. In between them, Dani Olmo starts as the central attacking midfielder right behind the team’s striker.
Up top, Robert Lewandowski has been chosen to start as the team’s primary centre-forward. His recent run of form has not exactly been positive, but the veteran striker knows how to find the back of the net and he will look to do so in this game.
