FC Barcelona have confirmed their squad for the crucial La Liga clash against Osasuna, with two major boosts for Hansi Flick ahead of a defining moment in the title race.
Barcelona head into the trip to El Sadar knowing that a win could bring them within touching distance of the La Liga title.
If Flick’s side secure all three points tonight, they will open up a 14-point lead over Real Madrid with only four matches remaining.
That scenario would pile pressure on Madrid, who would then be forced to win their next match against Espanyol to keep the title race alive before the upcoming clash at Camp Nou.
As indicated in his pre-match press conference, Flick is not planning major changes.
The German coach is relying on a stable and proven group, calling up all 22 available players as Barcelona look to take a decisive step towards securing the title.
Notably, Barcelona will still be without key players for this fixture. Lamine Yamal has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a torn hamstring in the recent match against Celta Vigo.
Meanwhile, Jules Kounde is unavailable due to suspension, having accumulated too many bookings.
These absences reduce Flick’s options, particularly in wide areas and defence, but the squad still retains enough depth to compete.
Raphinha is back after recovering from a muscle injury that kept him out for five weeks, while Bernal returns following a four-week absence due to an ankle problem.
Both players have been given medical clearance and are available for selection.
However, neither is expected to start. Instead, they are likely to be introduced from the bench as Flick will carefully manage their reintegration into the squad.
