After having been released by Real Mallorca, former Lyon midfielder Clément Grenier (32) signs for Spanish second tier side Racing Santander. The Frenchman joins the club on a free transfer, signing for one season.
Grenier was out of the Majorca squad for several weeks, and was reportedly dreaming of a move back to his former side in Lyon, where he made 154 appearances and scored 18 goals and won the Coupe de France in 2011-2012.
The former Lyon man has also played for Rennes (where he won the Coupe de France) and Roma, also representing les bleus on five occaisons.
