Official: Frosinone buy Terzic from RB Sazlburg for €2.5m | OneFootball

Frosinone continue to bolster their squad following promotion to Serie A, purchasing left-back Aleksa Terzic from RB Salzburg for a reported fee of €2.5m.

The Canarini secured promotion by finishing second in the Serie B tournament last term behind Venezia.

They returned to the top flight after just one season away, and have stuck with coach Massimiliano Alvini.

Terzic adds to Frosinone squad

Frosinone’s latest signing is Terzic, who has arrived on a permanent transfer from RB Salzburg for a reported fee in the region of €2.5m.

The Serbia international is no stranger to Italian football, as he first came to Fiorentina in 2019 and also had a loan spell with Empoli before his sale to RB Salzburg in the summer of 2023 for approximately €5.65m.

Terzic turns 27 next week and has struggled with repeated muscular issues in recent years.

He leaves RB Salzburg after three goals and 12 assists in 87 competitive appearances.

So far this summer, Frosinone have brought in Romano Schmid, Florian Grillitsch, Luis Hasa, Alessio Zerbin, Ben Lhassine Kone, Kevin Akpoguma, Patrizio Masini, Sebastiano Desplanches, Anouar El Azzouzi and Wisdom Amey.
