La Liga outfit Getafe have on Tuesday announced the return of Allan Nyom to the club on a free transfer.
Defender Nyom for his part previously enjoyed a successful stint in the colours of the Azulones, from 2019 to 2022.
The Cameroonian, who has also lined out for the likes of Watford and West Bromwich Albion over the course of his career, then spent the last two years plying his trade on the books of Leganés.
After the expiration of his contract in Spain’s capital this past summer, however, Nyom had remained available on the market, as a free agent.
And, as alluded to above, on Tuesday, one of the 36-year-old’s ex-clubs have taken advantage of as much.
As per a statement across the website and social media platforms of Getafe:
‘Getafe Club de Fútbol and Cameroonian right-back Allan Romeo Nyom have reached an agreement to sign the player for the remainder of the season, until June 30, 2025.’
