Dutch Forward Myron Boadu (23) has joined Eredivisie side FC Twente on loan from AS Monaco, as per Foot Mercato.
The Netherlands international will head back to his home country until the end of the season, having made just nine appearances for Les Monégasques this season, scoring one goal. Boadu joined Monaco in 2021 from AZ Alkmaar and has eight goals and one assist from 52 appearances in total in Ligue 1. He is currently working his way back to fitness after a muscle injury kept him out of action for a month before Christmas, playing just 19 minutes since his return in a 2-1 win away at Toulouse in the game before the winter break. Monaco are currently fourth in Ligue 1, just a point behind surprise package and fellow European contenders Stade Brestois.
Twente currently sit third in the Eredivisie, 17 points behind runaway leaders PSV Eindhoven and five behind second-placed Feyenoord.
