Official: Stuttgart winger joins Rangers on loan

Badredine Bouanani will spend the rest of the season on loan at Rangers FC.

VfB Stuttgart confirmed the 21-year-old’s move to the Scottish Premiership side on Thursday evening.

“Badredine showed his great potential as a young player in 28 competitive matches last season,” said Stuttgart managing director for sport Fabian Wohlgemuth.

“For his further development, it is important that he gets regular playing time at a high level. Glasgow Rangers offer excellent conditions for this. We wish Badredine a successful season in Scotland.”

Bouanani, who joined Stuttgart from OGC Nice in the summer of 2025, remains under contract with the German club until June 2030.
