Concern is growing in the south of France as OGC Nice continue their flirtations with relegation. The club have won only once in their last ten league games as they sit just above the relegation playoff spot, only four points ahead of AJ Auxerre.

Tonight, they face the league’s most in-form team as they travel to third-place Lille OSC. Claude Puel is expected to ring the changes from the 1-1 draw with Le Havre AC, although his hand has been forced with three players needed to join the line-up.

The perennially injured Tanguy Ndombélé should make his third start in the league alongside Salis Abdul Samed, with Hicham Boudaoui suspended and Charles Vanhoutte injured. A suspension for Morgan Sanson also sees Sofiane Diop return to the starting eleven.

OGC Nice likely lineup v Lille

Yehvann Diouf; Ali Abdi, Melvin Bard, Kojo Peprah Oppong, Antoine Mendy, Jonathan Clauss; Salis Abdul Samed, Tanguy Ndombélé; Sofiane Diop, Elye Wahi, Mohamed Ali Cho. (L’Éq)
