OL to hold Bavaria training camp from 19 to 24 July | OneFootball

Olympique Lyonnais will start pre-season on 29 June, then Paulo Fonseca's side will travel to Herzogenaurach in Bavaria for a training camp from 19 to 24 July.

The club said in a statement that the Herzogenaurach complex offers all the amenities to prepare in the best conditions. Players not at the World Cup are on holiday before reporting back to the Groupama Training Center.

The restart had been brought forward from around 10 July because the club enter the Champions League third qualifying round on four or five August and on 11 August.

The camp will be held at the Adidas Campus in Herzogenaurach, a Bavarian town of nearly 25,000 people that hosts the headquarters of Adidas and Puma.

The complex previously hosted the OL Lyonnes group last summer. The list of friendlies will follow, though Lyon will host Mâcon 71 (N3) on eight July in Décines.
