Olympique de Marseille’s new coach Habib Beye will not be able to count on his assistants for his debut on the team’s bench, according to information from L’Équipe.

Blocked by Stade Rennais, where they previously supported Beye, Sébastien Bichard, Olivier Saragaglia and Yann Cavezza will therefore be absent from OM’s trip to Stade Brestois this Friday (8:45 p.m.). This is due to the Breton club’s delay in sending them their dismissal notices.

A situation that could last until 12th March, one month after the preliminary dismissal interview, which would deprive Beye of his staff for the next three matches, against Olympique Lyonnais and Toulouse FC, whom OM will face in the Coupe de France and then in Ligue 1.

Beye, who had to wait a week before being officially released from his duties as coach of the Rouge et Noir, will therefore be hoping for a similar outcome for his trusted colleagues, whose imminent return is eagerly awaited by the Senegalese coach.
