Callum O'Hare broke the game open in the 13th minute with a left-footed finish, setting Sheffield United on course to beat Queens Park Rangers 2-0.

The midfielder ghosted into the six-yard box to apply the close-range touch that settled early nerves for the Blades. He then slipped Tyrese Campbell through for a clear sight of goal (23.), signalling how he would keep finding pockets to hurt the hosts.

After the restart, O'Hare dragged a right-sided effort wide (48.). Moments later he fed Tahith Chong for a shot that was blocked (52.), and he continued to knit attacks, teeing up Andre Brooks for another chance inside the area (67.). That run of creation kept Rangers' back line shifting and allowed the Blades to manage the game on their terms.

He finished with two attempts, four key passes and 10 successful passes in the final third, a tidy end product that underlined his role as the connector between midfield and forwards.

Because Queens Park Rangers' full backs were drawn narrow, O'Hare repeatedly received between the lines, combining on the turn to release runners and ensure the Blades controlled the key moments.

The Blades rise from 16th to 13th and host West Bromwich Albion next. Queens Park Rangers sit 15th and welcome Middlesbrough.
