Nico Schlotterbeck has had an interesting opening half an hour of action during Saturday's Klassiker showdown between Borussia Dortmund and Bayern.Â
Always known for its thrill, today's clash saw a lively home crowd drown Signal Iduna Park in the sounds of support and chants.
Then, when the action hit the pitch, Schlotterbeck ensured he was part of the drama.Â
The defender initially narrowly evaded a red card after a high challenge.
Then, only six minutes later, Schlotterbeck headed home the opener after Daniel Svensson's inch-perfect free-kick.
He went on to celebrate passionately with fans in the stands.
