How long have you been supporting Sunderland and why?

I’ve supported Sunderland for as long as I can remember — it’s my home city, so it’s just what you do!

What's your favourite memory of supporting Sunderland as a kid?

Has to be the Defoe volley against Newcastle in the 2016 derby!

On a scale of 1-10, how good has this season back in the Premier League been?

As a Sunderland fan, I’d say it’s a solid 8 out of 10. Coming back up, most people just wanted survival — but we’ve competed, taken points off big sides and actually looked like we belong in the Premier League again. There’s still room to grow, which is why it’s not a 10, but the progress, belief and style of play have made it a season we can genuinely be proud of. 

The floor is yours to tell us how much you love Granit Xhaka ...

Xhaka in my eyes has been one of the best signings this season in the Premier League. I love Xhaka because he plays with heart and standards — he’s got that edge, that leadership and that winning mentality that a club like Sunderland thrives on.

How far do you think this Sunderland team under Le Bris can go?

As a Sunderland fan, I genuinely believe under Régis Le Bris this team can push for Europe and build something special because we’ve finally got identity, belief and proper standards back at the club. He is doing amazing. HAWAY THE LADS.
