Lyon drew 1-1 with Le Havre in Ligue 1 on Saturday, with Loïs Openda's late equaliser ensuring Lyon move up from 10th to second as the visitors collected their first point to sit 16th.

Corentin Tolisso's finish for the hosts was ruled out after a VAR review early in the second half, before Mbwana Samatta headed Le Havre in front in the 74th minute from Fode Doucoure's cross.

Openda levelled (87.) from close range after Zachary Athekame headed a corner back across goal.

In the second minute of second half stoppage time, Sota Nakamura thought he had won it for Le Havre, but VAR overturned the goal in the fourth minute of second half stoppage time.

Seven minutes were added, and the hosts pressed late without finding a winner.

Les Gones had 57.1% possession and 15 attempts, five on target. Le Havre registered 12 attempts with four on target.

Next, Les Gones host Auxerre. Le Havre host Brest next.
