Juventus flop Lois Openda is on the market and reportedly received calls from Lens, Olympique Lyonnais, Rennes and Coventry City, but his best hope is a loan move.
The striker had arrived last summer to great fanfare from RB Leipzig, on loan with obligation to buy at the end of the season for a total fee of €46m.

It proved to be a disastrous deal for the Bianconeri, because he scored only two goals in 34 competitive games, struggled to get any regular playing time, and is not part of their plans going forward.
His form got so bad that Openda has not scored a goal since December 2025, and managed all of four minutes on the pitch in the final 11 games of the season.

The sheer cost of the operation means another sale is unlikely right now, so Juventus are open to a loan with option to buy.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Juve received four calls asking for information on Openda, and three of them were from France.
His old club RC Lens are interested, along with Olympique Lyonnais, and Stade Rennais.
An intriguing alternative is provided by the Premier League, as Coventry City just secured promotion and are eager to bring in a big name to show their ambitions.
