What do you now predict as the final 2025/26 Premier League table?
Now we have come out of the November international break and that excellent result at St James’ Park on Saturday night.
Eddie Howe’s team having won 2-1 against Manchester City and putting in an excellent all round performance.
The twelfth round of Premier League matches are being played out this weekend.
So where do you now see Eddie Howe and his team fitting in when it comes to the end of the season?
This is how the Premier League table now currently (morning of Sunday 23 November 2025) looks:

When it comes to predicting what the final 2025/26 Premier League table will look like after the 38th round of fixtures in May 2025, Opta have done some updated analysis.
Using their latest data simulations, Opta analysis has shown this as the most likely 2025/26 Premier League table come the end of the season – Predicted table as at the morning of Sunday 23 November 2025:
So when it comes to Newcastle United, Opta currently believe NUFC most likely to finish ninth this season
Newcastle United to end up with 55 points according to their predictions.
As for the chances of winning the Premier League in 2025/26, Opta rating that a 0.24% chance.
The Opta model currently predicting a 11.58% chance of Newcastle United qualifying for the Champions League via finishing top four.
However, Newcastle United would have a better chance of Champions League football than via that top four prediction, if the top five in the Premier League qualify, as happened last season. Although that does of course massively also depend on United building on this Man City result, improving their league form and looking capable of challenging towards the upper end…
