Ouédraogo & Co. enjoy a day of motorsports in South Africa

When asked why he had called up Assan Ouédraogo as a late addition to the World Cup squad, Germany coach Julian Nagelsmann pointed not only to our midfielder’s footballing and personal qualities, but also to the South Africa tour. “Assan is still in the right rhythm. He only played for Leipzig a few days ago and is in rhythm.”

While in South Africa, the Red Bulls had plenty going on away from the pitch too, alongside the friendly against Mamelodi Sundowns and several training sessions. Looking back, our lads named 'spinning' with Red Bull athlete Sam Sam as one of their highlights of the tour.
